Privacy policy

In short: this site doesn’t track visitors — no cookies, analytics or ads. I only receive what you send through the contact form, and I use it to reply to you.

01Who is responsible for your data

This site is the portfolio of brand designer Berik (Harakez). I am responsible for the data you send through it. Contact me at harakez.studio@gmail.com or on Telegram @harakez.

02What data I receive

Only what you enter in the contact form:

• your name;
• a way to reach you — Telegram or email;
• the services you’re interested in and a description of your project.

If you write to me directly on Telegram or by email, I see what those services show: your profile name, address or username, and the conversation itself.

03Why

To reply to your request, discuss the project and, if we agree, work together. I don’t send newsletters, show ads, or sell or share your data with other people or companies.

04Where the data is stored

The form sends your request through Formspree (formspree.io), and it arrives in my Gmail inbox (Google). The site is hosted on Vercel; like any host, it keeps technical logs — IP address, browser, time of request — to keep the site running and secure.

These services’ servers may be located outside your country, including in the USA. Each of them has its own privacy policy.

05Cookies and analytics

The site uses no cookies, analytics, ad trackers or third-party widgets. Fonts and all design assets load from this site.

06How long I keep it

I keep your request and our conversation for as long as they’re needed to work with you. If you ask, I’ll delete them sooner.

07Your rights

You can write to harakez.studio@gmail.com at any time to:

• find out what data I hold about you;
• ask me to correct or delete it;
• withdraw your consent to its use.

I’ll reply within a month, usually within a couple of days. If you believe your data is being handled improperly, you can contact the data protection authority in your country.

08Consent

By sending a request through the form, you agree that I’ll receive the data in it and use it to reply to you, as described on this page.

09Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with a new date.
